Our primary design focus is the multi-family industry including model units, clubrooms, leasing offices, business and fitness centers and more. We also offer full scale home staging, residential and commercial design services. Our wallpaper showroom is the only one open to the public in San Antonio. Who we are
Nicole Pulley, Associate ASID
Principal
Originally from New York, Nicole has also lived in Los Angeles and Dallas but has spent the majority of her life in San Antonio. In 1994 Nicole took a position with the San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA) and was quickly promoted to Director of Education, where over the next 14+ years she received several awards for her outstanding achievements. A small project in 2006, marked the beginning of a new career path. While working full time at SAAA, overseeing Interior Affairs part-time, and raising 2 young children, Nicole decided to go back to school to finish her degree and pursue her passion of design full-time.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in 2007 from the University of the Incarnate Word, graduating Cum Laude. Since 2006, Interior Affairs continues to grow and serve multifamily clients in all facets of interior design. Interior Affairs distinguishes itself from the competition with its understanding of the multifamily industry, affordability and unparalleled client satisfaction. In May of 2021, she expanded the company and opened a wallpaper showroom--the only one of it's kind open to the public in San Antonio. In addition to numerous design awards, in September 2021, a home staged by Interior Affairs was featured on HGTV's House Hunters. Nicole is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), served as chair of the Ambassador Committee for SAAA, and the Sherwin-Williams Pro Advisory Panel. A former Miss Texas USA Contestant, Nicole also served as a volunteer for several years as a youth volleyball coach, is a published author and enjoys traveling. She is Mother to a Son who recently graduated college, and is now an Officer in the U.S. Army, and a Daughter attending college and an athlete on the university's volleyball team.
